Wonderful Hotel September 7, 2011

“My husband and I booked a 2 week summer holiday at this Hotel in June using it as a base for travel to Florence, San Gimigiano, Siena and Lucca.

What a fabulous Hotel it was. From the moment we entered the Hotel we were treated like we actually mattered. We were allocated a room but after having a shower realised we had a problem with the plumbing.

This problem was very quickly resolved and we were moved to another room.

We opted for the Bed/breakfast but very soon decided that we were delighted with the evening meal and we were getting quality. We tried a number of Restaurants along the promenade but decided the service and quality and the value for money was much better at the President. I would dearly love to go back as the staff were all wonderful and most helpful.

We have a passion for Italy and have lots of other places to visit. What else can I add other than we will be back they have got it right. I travel extensively and would highly reccommend this Hotel in a word Superb”
